2025 Newmar King Aire 4596 Tour with Angie Morell

FLOOR PLANS

The following 2024 King Aire models are still in the line-up for the 2025 model year:  4521, 4531, 4558, and 4596.

CHASSIS FEATURES

  • Auto Rain Sense Wiper Controls are standard for 2025.

CABINETS AND FURNITURE

  • For 2025, there are new cabinet colors including: Sable Maple, Carbon Maple, and Sedona Maple. With Sable Maple being the standard woodgrain.
  • Additionally, there is a new painted cabinetry color available Summit.
  • These cabinet colors are available in either a Diamond Gloss finish or new Suede finish. With Suede replacing the Matte finish from 2024.
  • There is a new option for Two-Tone Cabinetry. Dark Woodgrains, Sable, Carbon, and Sedona will be used on the lower cabinets and throughout the coach (trim, fascia, feature ceilings, window treatments, passage doors, wardrobe doors, and pantry doors), with the Summit (White) Woodgrain to be used on upper cabinetry. Summit is the only option for the upper cabinetry.

ELECTRICAL FEATURES

  • New wire routing to clean up ATC lighting box. This is the KIB Lighting box commonly found in the shoe storage.
  • A temperature monitor for the water bay has been added to the silverleaf system.
  • The in dash Xite monitors will be housed under a single piece of glass. These will still be two separate monitors, but provide a sleeker, cleaner appearance.
  • For 2025, a change has been made to black KIB motion sensors on all floorplans.

EXTERIOR FEATURES

  • The Compartment Doors change to Morryde for 2025.
  • Five new standard graphics are available for the 2025 King Aire, including: Light Sands, Night Skys, Covington Cove, Havana Nights, and Royal Merlot.
  • In addition, there are 4 new optional graphics available for 2025, including: Regal Heights, Autumn Night, Midnight Pearl, and Artic Evening.
  • An Icon Fiberglass exterior is replacing the previously used Noble Select. There is a 50% improvement in the mirror quality, surface appearance after extreme heat cycles, and it is 6.5% lighter than Noble Select.
  • Diamond Shield protection has been added to the baggage doors.

INTERIOR FEATURES

  • There is one new interior décor package for 2025, Kensington. Miramar, Abilene, and Wickham have been carried over from 2024.

PLUMBING & BATH FEATURES

  • Bone stools have been discontinued. Leaving only white stools for 2025.

WINDOWS, AWNINGS, VENTS AND DOORS

  • Hogan Sparrow will be the option replacing Linen Tweed for any special.

OPTION CHANGES

  • There is a new option for Starlink Internet. Options J235 and J671 are not available when selecting this option due to space constraints on the roof.
  • For 2025, there are two options for a wine cooler:
    • The SUB-ZERO wine cooler includes dual zone cooling with a single door. (4596 only).
    • An additional wine cooler option, SILHOUETTE, also dual zone cooling with two doors, can reach cooler temperatures. (4596 only).
  • The wine glass stemware rack above wine cooler is no longer available and cannot be added as a special, 4596 only.

The Supreme Aire features an interior that is all new for 2025. There are a host of new and exciting changes, including new standard features and options, as well as many new interior design elements summarized under “interior features”.

  • With the all-new interior of the Supreme Aire for the 2025 model year, new cabinet and furniture designs include:
    • Leather will replace Ultra Fabric on Furniture and Captain Chairs
    • New furniture styling.
    • New slide out fascia designs.
    • A new feature ceiling.
    • New cabinet door style with full overlay.
    • New cabinet door and drawer hardware.
    • New headboard style.
    • New style of dinette chairs and fabrics.
    • New styling of the pocket doors.
    • New decorative “feet” have been updated in the kitchen.
  • Map Pockets have been discontinued on the Driver and Passenger seats.
  • For 2025, there are new cabinet colors including: Sable Maple, Sedona Maple, and Morel Maple. With Sable Maple being the standard woodgrain.
  • Additionally, there is a new painted cabinetry color available Summit.

INTERIOR FEATURES

  • Four new optional décor packages called “Winston”, “Camden”, “Sorrento”, and “Halstead” are available in 2025.
  • With the life cycle change, the new interior designs include:
    • New porcelain flooring throughout
    • New window treatments
    • New kitchen and bathroom backsplashes
    • New shower tile design
    • New bedding package.
    • New sofa pillows
    • New wardrobe door style
    • New countertop edging
    • New interior trims
    • Removing the Mirror on Hobo Wall and adding Wood Paneling STD. Wood paneling will also be featured on end walls.
    • A low-profile solid surface splash guard will be featured instead of the previously used lit glass divider on the 4530.

PLUMBING & BATH FEATURES

  • New plumbing fixtures and bath hardware.
  • A new single sink is featured in the kitchen.
  • New undermounts sinks featured in the full and half bathrooms.
  • The shower features a new shower surround, inserts, and flooring.
  • Bone stools have been discontinued, leave white stools only.

  • Hogan Sparrow will be the option replacing Linen Tweed for any special.

The following 2024 Super Star models are still in the line-up for the 2025 model year: 3729, 3731, 4059, 4061, and 4065. The 3727 floor plan is no longer available.

There are no new floorplans for the 2025 model year.

  • For 2025, there are new cabinet colors including: Sable Maple, Sedona Maple, and Morel Maple. With Sable Maple being the standard woodgrain.
  • Additionally, there is a new painted cabinetry color available Summit.
  • These cabinet colors are available in either a High Gloss finish or new Suede finish. With Suede replacing the Matte finish from 2024.
  • There is a new option for Two-Tone Cabinetry. Dark Woodgrains, Sable and Sedona, will be used on the lower cabinets and throughout the coach (trim, fascia, feature ceilings, window treatments, passage doors, wardrobe doors, and pantry doors), with the Summit (White) Woodgrain to be used on upper cabinetry.   • The headboard on floorplan 3729 has been omitted – this is due to the clearance requirements for a new bed lift mechanism on this floorplan.

  • A low-profile solid surface splash guard replaces the lit glass divider.

PLUMBING & BATH FEATURES

  • A single bowl kitchen sink has replaced the double bowl kitchen sink from last year. Will be same sink as 2024 with no center divide.

  • Hogan Sparrow will be the option replacing Linen Tweed for any special. Charcoal Tweed is standard on all three exterior graphic selections for 2025.

    FLOOR PLANS

    These 2024 Dutch Star floorplans have been carried over for the 2025 model year: 3836, 4071, 4081, 4311, 4325, 4369, and 4370.

    The Dutch Star 3817, 4310, and 4326 floor plans are no longer available for the new model year. 

    There is one new floor plan offered for the 2025 model year:

    2025 Dutch Star 4340: 

    • Similar to last year’s 4310, the 4340 is a full wall slide bunk model with two full baths.
    • The front living area features a standard 84” Hide-a-Bed Sofa on the off-door side which sits across from the new 48” Love Seat on the door side.
    • Rear of the off-door side Hide-a-Leaf dinette sits a pantry, with the refrigerator and kitchen sitting on the door side.
    • The mid-ship full bath sits across from 30”x73” bunks with drawers below, before entering the master bedroom featuring a King bed.
    • The rear bathroom features a single sink vanity, a ward with the option for a washer/dryer, and a 50”x30” shower.

    APPLIANCES AND ACCESSORIES

    • The passenger laptop tray has been discontinued.

    • A new 48” Loveseat has been developed for the new 4340 bunk model – this is a fixed sofa and will not have any sleeping positions.
    • For 2025, there are new cabinet colors including: Sable Maple, Sedona Maple, and Morel Maple. With Sable Maple being the standard woodgrain.
    • Additionally, there is a new painted cabinetry color available Summit.
    • These cabinet colors are available in either a High Gloss finish or new Suede finish. With Suede replacing the Matte finish from 2024.
    • There is a new option for Two-Tone Cabinetry.     • A low-profile solid surface splash guard replaces the lit glass divider, on specific floorplans.
    • In the main bath, vanity lights have been removed and replaced with puck lights in the ceiling. Allowing for the medicine cabinet mirrors to be raised as high as possible.

    PLUMBING & BATH FEATURES

    • Bone colored stools have been discontinued; white stools will be the only color used.

    WINDOWS, AWNINGS, VENTS AND DOORS

    • Hogan Sparrow will be the option replacing Linen Tweed for any special. Charcoal Tweed is standard on all three exterior graphic selections for 2025. Hogan Sparrow is standard on Champagne graphic.

    OPTION CHANGES

    • Blind Spot Detection has now been made optional for the 2025 Dutch Star.
    • The option to add an extra monitor on the passenger side is now available.
    • There is a new option for Starlink Internet. Options J235 and J671 are not available when selecting the Starlink option (due to space constraints on roof).
    • The optional wine cooler has changed to a new brand, Silhouette, to include dual zone cooling, 4325 only.
    • The wine glass stemware rack above wine cooler is no longer available and cannot be added as a special, 4325 only.
    • LP is optional. This will include the LP tank, LP regulator, and the Three-Burner Cooktop. The refrigerator (Whirlpool 19.7) does not change. (6) Batteries are included in this option – you go from 8 to 6 to make space for LP tank.

    2025 Newmar London Aire 4595 Tour with Angie Morell

    FLOOR PLANS

    The following 2024 London Aire models are still in the line-up for the 2025 model year:  4535, 4551, and 4569.  The London Aire 4521 and 4579 are no longer available.

    There is one new floor plan offered for the 2025 model year:

    2025 London Aire 4595: 

    • Similar to the Essex 4595, this is a full wall slide bath and a half model with a King Bed.
    • The front living area features opposing sofas, an 87” Hide-A-Bed Sofa on the off-door side and a 74” Jack Knife Sofa on the door side.
    • The galley houses a Hide-A-Leaf Dinette rearward of the 87” Hide-A-Bed Sofa with a large pantry, residential refrigerator, and large shelf storage.
    • You will find the half bath, all-electric cooktop, and space for an optional beverage center opposite the dinette and pantry.
    • The master bedroom houses a King Bed opposite a large dresser with a TV and large overhead cabinet.
    • The rear bathroom features dual sinks, a standard washer and dryer, two wardrobes, and a large 40”x32” shower.

    2025 Newmar Mountain Aire RV Tour With Angie Morell

    The Mountain Aire is all new for 2025.  It features redesigned front and rear caps, and a redesigned dash.  As in all cases that Newmar life cycles its products, there are a host of new and exciting changes, including new standard features and options, as well as many new interior design elements summarized under “interior features”.

    FLOOR PLANS

    The following 2024 Mountain Aire models are still in the line-up for the 2025 model year:  3823, 3825, 4118, and 4551.  The Mountain Aire 4591 floor plan is no longer being offered for the new model year. 

    There is one new floor plan offered for the 2025 model year:

    2025 Mountain Aire 4595: 

    • Similar to the Essex 4595, this is a full wall slide bath and a half model with a King Bed.
    • The front living area features opposing sofas, an 87” Hide-A-Bed Sofa on the off-door side and a 74” Jack Knife Sofa on the door side.
    • The galley houses a Hide-A-Leaf Dinette rearward of the 87” Hide-A-Bed Sofa with a large pantry, residential refrigerator, and large shelf storage.
    • You will find the half bath, all-electric cooktop, and space for an optional beverage center opposite the dinette and pantry.
    • The master bedroom houses a King Bed opposite a large dresser with a TV and large overhead cabinet.
    • The rear bathroom features dual sinks, a standard washer and dryer, two wardrobes, and a large 40”x32” shower.

    CABINETS AND FURNITURE

    • With the life cycle change of the Mountain Aire for the 2025 model year, new cabinet and furniture designs include:
      • New furniture styling, including the front driver and passenger seats.
      • New slide out fascia designs.
      • A new feature ceiling.
      • New cabinet door style with full overlay.
      • New cabinet door and drawer hardware.
      • New headboard style.
      • New style of dinette chairs and fabrics.
      • New styling of the pocket doors.
      • New decorative “feet” have been updated in the kitchen.
    • The Driver and Passenger seats now feature a power headrest.
    • Map Pockets have been discontinued on the Driver and Passenger seats.
    • For 2025, there are new cabinet colors including: Sable Maple, Sedona Maple, and Morel Maple. With Sable Maple being the standard woodgrain.
    • Additionally, there is a new painted cabinetry color available Summit.
    • These cabinet colors are available in either a High Gloss finish or new Suede finish. With Suede replacing the Matte finish from 2024.
    • There is a new option for Two-Tone Cabinetry. Dark Woodgrains, Sable and Sedona, will be used on the lower cabinets and throughout the coach (trim, fascia, feature ceilings, window treatments, passage doors, wardrobe doors, and pantry doors), with the Summit (White) Woodgrain to be used on upper cabinetry. Summit is the only option for the upper cabinetry.

    ELECTRICAL FEATURES

    • A temperature monitor for the water bay has been added to the silverleaf system.
    • The in dash Xite monitors will be housed under a single piece of glass. These will still be two separate monitors, but provide a sleeker, cleaner appearance.
    • New decorative wall sconces in the front living area.
    • New wire routing to clean up ATC lighting box. This is the KIB Lighting box commonly found in the shoe storage.

    EXTERIOR FEATURES

    • New rear cap and a refreshed front cap for 2025, including new taillights.
    • Four new graphic designs and colors are available for 2025: Twilight, Imperial, Thundercloud, and Nespresso.

    INTERIOR FEATURES

    • Four new optional décor packages called “Winston”, “Camden”, “Sorrento”, and “Halstead” are available in 2025.
    • With the life cycle change, the new interior designs include:
      • Leather will replace Ultra Fabric on Furniture and Captain Seats
      • New porcelain flooring throughout
      • New window treatments
      • New kitchen and bathroom backsplashes
      • New shower tile design
      • New bedding package.
      • New sofa pillows
      • New wardrobe door style
      • New countertop edging
      • Removing the Mirror on Hobo Wall and adding Wood Paneling STD. Wood paneling will also be featured on end walls.
      • New passage door, pocket door, wardrobe door hardware.
      • A low-profile solid surface splash guard will be featured instead of the previously used lit glass divider on the 4118, 4551, and 4595.

    PLUMBING & BATH FEATURES

    • New plumbing fixtures and bath hardware.
    • A new single sink is featured in the kitchen.
    • New undermounts sinks featured in the full and half bathrooms.
    • The shower features a new shower surround, inserts, and flooring.
    • Bone stools have been discontinued, leave white stools only.

    CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

    • The 2025 Mountain Aire features new dash and colors.
    • The Passenger Laptop Tray has been discontinued.

    WINDOWS, AWNINGS, VENTS AND DOORS

    • Hogan Sparrow will be the option replacing Linen Tweed for any special.
    • Hogan Sparrow is standard on Nespresso graphic.

    OPTION CHANGES

    • Blind Spot Detection has now been made optional for the 2025 Mountain Aire.
    • There is a new option for Starlink Internet. Options J235 and J671 are not available when selecting the Starlink option (due to space constraints on roof).
    • The 4595 has a new option to add a beverage center ILO of the rearward kitchen cabinet on the door side.
