How to Access an NIRVC Dealership After Hours

Section 1: Creating an Account

Note: Please complete these steps at least 24 hours before your drop-off date to ensure smooth access to our facility after hours.

For New Customers:

  • If you are dropping off your coach for the first time and have not set up an account, please follow these instructions.
  • Your NIRVC contact will send a Gate Access Link to your email from ‘’. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact your NIRVC representative to resend it. Please confirm your email spelling with the NIRVC employee.
  • The email will contain a blue ‘HERE’ button. Click on it to be redirected to the login page.
  • Click the ‘Create Account’ button at the bottom of the page to go to the Customer Registration page.
  • Fill out each box with your information. IMPORTANT: Use the same email that your Gate Access Link was sent to. For example, if your NIRVC contact sent the email to ‘’, use that email when registering your account.

Section 2: Accessing Your Gate Access Links

  • After creating your account and logging in, scroll down until you see the ‘Gate Access Links’ button. Click on it.
  • Once you’ve clicked the ‘Gate Access Links’ button, scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see your Gate Access Link(s). IMPORTANT: You will only see the links that are ‘Active’, which means the times that your NIRVC contact has set. For example, if they gave you a link for 2/16 @ 9:30 am, you would only see that link on your profile on or after that time.
  • Click on the button when you are in front of the closed gate at the location the link is valid for.
  • After clicking your Gate Access Link, the gate should open, and a confirmation banner will be shown at the top of the page.
  • In the rare event that the gate does not open, this could be due to a power or service outage. If this happens, please contact your dealership’s local management to determine the best next steps. This could involve finding a physical key, opening the gate manually, or having maintenance come out to let you in.
