Multiple positions available with a varying degree of experience required (Entry Level to Master Technician). This role is performance based and pays between $58,000 and $120,000 as determined by a flag-rate of $24/hr with an additional efficiency bonus up to $20/hr. Roles of Position:
  • Communicate with our valued guests
  • Read and complete work orders
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on gas- and diesel-powered RVs
  • Install heavy components such as PTO’s and pumps
  • Service engines, brakes, and generators on gas- and diesel-powered RVs
  • Perform maintenance on A/C, hydraulic, and suspension systems
  • Diagnose issues relative to J1939 Communications, engines, transmissions, and ABS

Requirements:

Atlanta, GA - Detail Technician

As a detail technician at NIRVC you will be responsible for washing and detailing RVs of all shapes and sizes. This includes the inside, outside, and everywhere in-between. Detail technicians at NIRVC work together with all departments including Sales, Service, and Storage to keep inventory and guest RVs in mint condition. You will utilize proprietary NIRVC technology as well as industrial maintenance equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are required as you communicate with NIRVC employees and NIRVC guests to facilitate a smooth work-flow. This position requires high-energy with the ability to stay mobile and active throughout the day.

Roles of Position:
  • Use tools and/or hands to property wash RVs under NIRVC protocol
  • Vacuum and shampoo carpeted surfaces
  • Perform state inspections
  • Clean tires and wheels
  • Clean engine compartments
  • Refill RVs with fuel and propane

Atlanta, GA - Parts Receiving Assistant

As a parts receiving assistant at NIRVC you will work closely with service advisors and service technicians to handle all aspects of managing parts inventory. As parts are required to complete repair jobs or fulfill the needs of NIRVC guests, you will be responsible for confirming orders and receiving shipments as well as following NIRVC protocol with respect to inspection, labeling, shelving, organizing, documenting and any other aspect of parts management not listed above. Experience with RV parts in particular is preferred but not required.

Roles of Position:
  • Accurately receive/confirm parts orders and return shipments
  • Inspect parts for damage
  • Organize and document parts inventory

Requirements:
  • Good communication skills with both employees and guests of NIRVC

    Las Vegas, NV - Valet

    As a valet at NIRVC you will be responsible for driving and parking RVs of all shapes and sizes. Our lots cover tens of thousands of square feet with several hundred parking spaces. Working in tandem with spotters, you will process requests from NIRVC employees and guests to pick-up, drive, and park coaches around the facility transferring them between departments including Storage, Service, Wash, as well as customer pickup. You will utilize proprietary NIRVC technology as well as third-party equipment to locate coaches, gain entry, and record relocation data upon parking. Strong interpersonal skills are required as you communicate with NIRVC employees and NIRVC guests to facilitate a smooth work-flow. This position requires high-energy with the ability to stay mobile and active throughout the day.
