Multiple positions available with a varying degree of experience required (Entry Level to Master Technician). This role is performance based and pays between $58,000 and $120,000 as determined by a flag-rate of $24/hr with an additional efficiency bonus up to $20/hr. Roles of Position (Training Available):
  • Diagnose repairs needed to correct identified complaints

As a parts receiving assistant at NIRVC you will work closely with service advisors and service technicians to handle all aspects of managing parts inventory. As parts are required to complete repair jobs or fulfill the needs of NIRVC guests, you will be responsible for confirming orders and receiving shipments as well as following NIRVC protocol with respect to inspection, labeling, shelving, organizing, documenting and any other aspect of parts management not listed above. Experience with RV parts is preferred but not required.

NIRVC has a Service Advisor position located at the facility in one of our dealership locations (Lawrenceville, GA; Lewisville, TX; Las Vegas, NV; or Phoenix, AZ; with more to open soon!). You will be the primary contact between our service customers and the Company when RV service is required. Service advisors assist clients with documenting any issues their RV coach and sells beneficial services, prepare service orders, communicate estimates to the client. The service advisor is the primary source of information for the customer during the entire process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following(Other duties may be assigned):
  • Makes appointments with customers desiring service.
  • Obtains all necessary information to establish a business relationship with new customers.
  • Interviews the customers in a professional manner in order to determine the needed repairs.
  • Generates sales for the service department by selling services, parts and accessories that have benefit to the customer.
  • Prepares the repair order (“RO”) and deals with the Director of Parts and Service or his designee to get proper estimates where required.
  • Obtains approvals to perform work from the customers or their insurers, and communicates the approvals to those that are performing the work.
  • Communicates with customers during the entire process in order to maintain the customer fully informed and avoid customers interrupting shop personnel.
  • Responds to customer inquiries promptly and in a manner consistent with review work performed with customers and collects for work done.

Phoenix, AZ - Service Technician

Multiple positions available with a varying degree of experience required (Entry Level to Master Technician). We are growing and looking for those who are eager to learn, grow, and become a long term valued member of our NIRVC family team. This role is performance based and pays between $58,000 and $120,000 as determined by a flag-rate of $24/hr with an additional efficiency bonus up to $20/hr. Whether you are at the top of your game or seeking an entry-level position into RV Repair, we want to hear from you.

Roles of Position (Training Available):
  • Diagnose repairs needed to correct identified complaints
  • Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with best industry practices
  • Document work-flow including, diagnoses, cause, and correction in sufficient detail to satisfy warranty and NIRVC guests
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections and walk-through demonstrations
  • Communicate with NIRVC guests as necessary
  • Test and verify repairs made to recreational vehicles

Phoenix, AZ - Valet

As a valet at NIRVC you will be responsible for driving and parking RVs of all shapes and sizes. Our lots cover tens of thousands of square feet with several hundred parking spaces. Working in tandem with spotters, you will process requests from NIRVC employees and guests to pick-up, drive, and park coaches around the facility transferring them between departments including Storage, Service, Wash, as well as customer pickup. You will utilize proprietary NIRVC technology as well as third-party equipment to locate coaches, gain entry, and record relocation data upon parking. Strong interpersonal skills are required as you communicate with NIRVC employees and NIRVC guests to facilitate a smooth work-flow. This position requires high-energy with the ability to stay mobile and active throughout the day.
