While Brett would no doubt prefer to leave the spotlight off of his most recent achievement, we would be remiss in our gratitude to Ernst & Young, our employees, and especially our customers if we didn’t share this tremendous honor with you!

On Saturday, June 21st, 2025, National Indoor RV Centers’ CEO, Brett Davis, was named as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025 Award winner. When announcing Brett as an award winner, Trey Slinkard, Partner & Principal at Ernst & Young, said that what began in 2009 as an idea from a frustrated customer has put “not only his company, but an entire industry and its enthusiasts on the road to success.”

“It feels a bit like stolen valor …”
Brett was shocked and emotional during his acceptance speech, saying the award felt “a bit like stolen valor”, wishing all of his employees could have been in attendance to accept the award because “without them, it was all just a dream.”

As members of the NIRVC family of employees, we could not be more proud of our fearless, tender-hearted, thoughtful, and generous leader! As such, we felt it appropriate to share this big moment and Brett’s acceptance speech, for which he was totally surprised, and caught off guard when asked to say a few words. The moment perfectly portrays how Brett feels about his employees and customers. Even under the pressure of the spotlight, his employees and customers are never very far from his heart!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to each and every customer who has placed their trust and faith in us, thank you to Ernst & Young for all of their efforts to celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit, and most of all thank you to Brett for bringing us all along on this dream to revolutionize the RV industry and simplify RV ownership.
