2027 ESSEX – Contemporary Decor
NEW FEATURES AND PRODUCT CHANGES
The Essex interior is all new for 2027. As in all cases that Newmar life cycles its products, there are a host of new and exciting changes, including new standard features and options, as well as many new design elements summarized under “interior features” for both Traditional and Contemporary.
FLOOR PLANS
The following 2026 Essex models are still in the line-up for the 2027 model year: 4551, 4569, and 4595. The 4521 floor plan is no longer available.
There is a new floor plan for the 2027 model year.
Essex 4545
- This is a quad slide bath and ½ model.
- The front living area features an 74” hid a bed sofa on the off-door side, and a 62” sofa sitting opposite.
- The kitchen, located on the off-door side. Across from the kitchen is a door side dinette, refrigerator and pantry.
- Mid-ship you will find a half bath.
- The bedroom features a King bed as well as a larger dress with hanging wardrobe on each side of the center TV across from the bed.
- The rear bath is an on suite with no step up from the bedroom. The double skin vanity is in the slide out making the bathroom feel very spacious. There is a large 40’ x 32” tiled shower.
- Through the bathroom is a rear walk-in closet that houses the optional washer/dryer, wardrobe cabinets and large hanging rod. This is where the step-up is for the engine cage.
CABINETS AND FURNITURE
- Theater seats will now have adjustable headrest (optional).
- New Cabinet door styles for both Traditional and Contemporary.
CHASSIS FEATURES
- 175-gallon fuel tank replaces the previous 150-gallon fuel tank from last year.
- Memory seats for FCCC
ELECTRICAL FEATURES
- DVR recording on Xite 360 Camera system.
- Dual Zone HVAC in dash
- Entrance door camera is now viewable on the Newmar App
- New exterior security and patio lights
- Starlink standard antenna is now standard
EXTERIOR FEATURES
- There are four new Traditional exterior graphic options available for 2027: Radiance, Waterloo, Seaspray, and Champagne.
- There are four new Contemporary exterior graphic options available for 2027: Echo & Ember, Heath & Hollow, Drift & Mist, and Sapphire & Stone.
- Baggage door struts moved to the top of the doors.
INTERIOR FEATURES
Traditional Interior has all new styles for the following features:
- Ceiling Design, Slideout Fascia, Interior Passage Doors, Rear Wardrobe Doors, Cabinet Doors and Drawers, Countertop edge profile, bathroom Mirror, and Gold Cabinet Door Hardware.
Contemporary Interior has all new styles for the following features:
- Ceiling Design, Slideout Fascia, Interior Passage Doors, Rear Wardrobe Doors, Cabinet Doors and Drawers, Countertop edge profile, Bathroom Mirror, and Gold Cabinet Door Hardware.
The Traditional and Contemporary Interior share the following elements
- Four New Decors: Barrington, Montclair, Millstone, and Bismark
- New D/P Seats and Furniture Styling, Dinette Chair, Fabrics, Sofa Pillows, Bedding, Headboard
- New Window Treatments
- New Kitchen Backsplash
- New Floor Tile
- New Shower tile surround
- New Bathroom Backsplash
PLUMBING/BATH FEATURES
- New Kitchen Sink – white single bowl
- New Kitchen Faucet
- New Bathroom Faucets
- New Shower Fixtures
OPTION CHANGES
- Theater seats have adjustable headrest
- Rayzar antenna now optional
- Pet package (Newmar Branded Bowls, Exterior Leash Connection, Retractable Pet Gate)
- Optional bunks in rear instead of walk-in closet on 4545. This moves the W/D to bedroom under the hanging wardrobe, and it will have an inclining bed.
- Optional small wine fridge cooler in pantry (floor plan specific)
- Optional Power Washer with Soft Water System
- Optional Bidet in rear bath.
- Optional RGB lights under the chassis and slide outs on both sides.
