The schedule of events/location is subject to change. Please refer to the printed schedule in your welcome packet received upon check-in. 100% of the purchase price will be refunded if cancellation notice is given more than 12 weeks prior to the start of the event. A 75% refund will be given if cancellation notice is given up to 8 weeks prior to the start of the event. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice is given between 8 and 6 weeks prior to the start of the event. A 25% refund will be given if cancellation notice is given between 6 and 4 weeks prior to the start of the event. All cancellations within 4 weeks prior to the start of the event will NOT be refunded. There will be a $49 processing fee deducted from ALL refunds.
