The 4037, 4068, 4310, 4326, 4328 and 4369 floor plans are still in the lineup for 2024. Increasing the length also gives the ability to add an optional drop-down bunk in the front overhead without compromising the floor plans&#8217; features and benefits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are 4 new Ventana floor plans offered for 2024:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ventana 3507<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new Ventana 3507 is a new mid-bath, full wall slide-out floor plan that replaces the 3407. The pantry was reduced by 1\u201d to make room for a drop-down bunk over the driver and passenger seats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The front living area features a standard 87\u201d side folding hide-a-bed sofa on the door side, which sits across from a dinette with a Televator on the off-door side.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The kitchen, refrigerator and pantry are located in the rear of the off-door side dinette.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A large mid-bath is located across from the refrigerator.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bedroom features a king-size bed with a dresser and TV across from the bed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The rear bedroom wall houses a large wardrobe with sliding doors along with another wardrobe that can house an optional washer\/dryer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ventana 3512<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An additional 12\u201d has been added to this floor plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The front living area features an 84\u201d side hide-a-bed sofa with end tables on both sides on the off-door side. The recliner has been omitted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A sleeper dinette with a Televator is on the door side.
